We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Northern Recent South Wales to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.
Aged Care Support Worker - Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay
- Pay based on experience up to $47 per hour

What you will be doing
No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
- Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
- Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
- Supporting someone to get out into the community
- Attending appointments or social activities
- Medication support
- Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)

Shifts available
Shifts are availableacross a variety oftimes,and we will work with you to build a permanent rosterthat suits your availability.

What you’ll need
- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service
- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes
- Great listening and respectful communication skills
- CurrentFirst Aid & CPRcertificates(or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
- Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
