About the role

You'll work across a broad SaaS product environment, partnering with Engineering, ML/Data and Customer Success to ensure quality across the platform.

You'll be responsible for:

- Planning and executing functional, regression, integration and system testing.
- Proactively identifying quality risks, gaps and defects.
- Designing test cases, scenarios and test data.
- Testing and validating real customer data and system outputs.
- Investigating customer-reported issues and validating fixes.
- Contributing to automated testing and regression suites.
- Evaluating AI/ML outputs and identifying whether issues relate to software, data or expected model behaviour.
- Working collaboratively with Engineering, ML/Data and Customer Success.

About you





- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a QA/testing role within a SaaS setting
- Strong software testing fundamentals.
- Experience with functional and regression testing.
- Exposure to test automation.
- Experience with API, integration or data validation testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, independent approach to QA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
