The Role - Console Operator

As a Console Operator, you’ll be the face of Bowser Bean. Every smile, every coffee, and every interaction shapes our customers’ day – and you’ll play a key role in making Bowser Bean worth stopping for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making excellent barista coffee
- Preparing fresh, quality food products
- Serving customers with energy and positivity




- Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Supporting the team with other tasks as required

Who We’re Looking For

- Love working with people and bringing a smile to someone’s day
- Can juggle multiple tasks with confidence
- Take pride in their work and presentation
- Have experience in customer service or hospitality (a bonus, but not essential!)
