Yering Station, a renowned winery in the heart of the Yarra Valley, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-service oriented Waitstaff to join our dynamic hospitality team. This casual role offers the opportunity to work in a picturesque setting, providing exceptional service to our guests. Based in Yarra Glen VIC 3775, you will be an integral part of delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders, ensuring accurate order placement and timely delivery
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Yering Station's extensive wine and menu offerings
- Maintain high standards of table service, including setting and clearing tables
- Assist with general dining room tasks as required
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for





- Previous experience in a Waiting Staff or similar customer service role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Strong product knowledge, particularly in the areas of wine and food pairing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
