Mission Australia Cairns is seeking a permanent full time After Hours Outreach Service team lead to support people experiencing homelessness and housing vulnerability. You will manage a rostered seven-day service, coach outreach caseworkers, and ensure impactful service delivery.

You’ll build partnerships with community organisations and government agencies, coordinate referrals, and contribute to reporting, compliance and service improvement while upholding trauma-informed practice.
