Hamilton, Brisbane | 7:30am – 4:00pm | Full-time Position

We’re after a Recruitment Specialist to join our Brisbane team and is ready to hit the ground running. Someone who’s not afraid to get on the phone, meet candidates face-to-face, and make things happen.
You’ll be part of a high-energy, supportive team that knows how to have a laugh, celebrate wins, and keep the momentum rolling.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for our NSW Teams

- Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
- Advertise on various platforms ( ie. Seek, indeed, LinkedIn and company website)
- Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
- Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
- Complete full onboarding - Book Medicals, Book inductions, Collate Documents, Order uniforms etc.
- Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding process
- Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required

What you need?

- Experience in Blue Collar recruitment - Preferable but not a Must
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships




- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
