We are currently recruiting for 4 Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves packing and labelling products, conducting quality checks, maintaining production records, and supporting general production activities.

We are seeking:

2 Packaging Operators looking for long-term production roles

2 Team Leaders who have previous leadership experience or aspirations to move into leadership positions after learning the company's products, processes, and systems

Available shifts include:

Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:15pm

Afternoon Shift: 1:15pm - 9:30pm

Duties:

- Pack and label food ingredient products for distribution
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety requirements
- Assist with loading, unloading and movement of materials and finished products
- Report equipment faults and production issues to supervisors




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficient operations

Skills/experience:

- Previous experience in manufacturing (food, dairy, FMCG or similar) is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in Team lead role and ambition to grow into one (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Good communication and time management skills
