About the role

Men in White is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team on a full-time or casual basis. Based in the Sydney CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs, this role offers the opportunity to work with a leading provider of high-quality painting services. As a Painter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required

2. Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

3. Mixing and matching paint colours to client specifications

4. Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work environment

5. Collaborating with the team to provide outstanding customer service

6. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

1. 6 years of experience as a Painter, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work

If you don't have 6 years of experience, we will consider applicants with an amazing attitude and a willingness to learn.

Valid Australian work authorisation is required for this position

3. Solid attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently

5. Good communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach

6. Familiarity with various painting techniques and the ability to use a range of tools and equipment

7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities

8. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
