Woodriff Preferred Auto is a family-owned collision repair business on the Sunshine Coast, proudly operating for more than 40 years. In 2025, WPA was named Best Large Repairer in Australia by Paint & Panel Magazine.

We’re continuing to invest heavily in our workshop, equipment, people and OEM repair capability — and we’re looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a capable Panel Beater who takes pride in producing quality repairs and wants to work in a modern, well-organised collision repair environment. You’ll work across a range of collision repairs depending on your experience and strengths, including:

- strip and refit
- panel repair and alignment
- dent repair and steel finishing
- filler work
- panel replacement
- general collision repair work

Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in hearing from Panel Beaters with solid collision repair experience.

You’ll ideally

- have relevant panel beating trade qualifications or equivalent experience
- be confident completing quality panel repairs
- take pride in your workmanship
- work well as part of a team
- be reliable and organised
- care about producing safe, high-quality repairs

Experience with up-to-date repair methods, OEM procedures, welding, structural repair or advanced panel techniques is welcomed — but you don’t need to tick every box to start a conversation with us.
