MotorOne Autobody in Geelong North is seeking a Trade Qualified Panel Beaters & Experienced Assemblers to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

About the Role In this hands-on role, you will complete structural and non-structural repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work aligns with insurer requirements and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair requirements
- Removing and refitting panels and components
- Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality
- Meeting efficiency and safety KPIs
- Working collaboratively within a team environment

About You To be successful, you will have:

Panel Beaters





- Trade qualifications in Vehicle Body Repair
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Panel Beater

Assemblers:
- Previous experience as an automotive assembler.

You’ll also be:
- Reliable and consistent in your work

- Committed to quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop
- Motivated to grow your skills, including I-CAR® aligned training pathways
