Position Purpose

You will be responsible for delivering professional cleaning services across a range of environments, including private homes of elderly and vulnerable clients.

This role requires discretion, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport with clients who rely on Team Scrubs for consistent and trustworthy service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality cleaning services
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and living areas
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Spot cleaning and detailed surface cleaning
- Follow infection control and hygiene standards
- Maintain client privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times
- Build positive, respectful relationships with clients
- Travel between job sites as required
- Represent Team Scrubs professionally at all times
- Other agreed cleaning or home services as arranged with the client (e.g. folding laundry, making beds, interior window cleaning, etc.)

Key Selection Criteria

Essential

- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Professional, punctual and reliable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail




- Ability to work independently
- Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Vulnerable People / Aged Care clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
- Legal right to work in Australia

Highly Regarded

- Experience in aged care, healthcare or disability support
- Professional residential or commercial cleaning experience

- Mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle (between office and client sites)

Reporting To You’ll work directly with the founders in a growing local business.

Pay

- $35.84 inc Super
- Plus .99c per km mileage reimbursement, when using own car to visit client sites (between office and client sites)
- Opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance

Job Type: Casual Pay: $35.84 per hour
