We are seeking a Casual Chef/Cook to join our team at Always Three Providore Pty Ltd in Beulah Park, SA 5067. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment. Whether you're an experienced chef or an aspiring cook looking to build your skills, this is an excellent chance offering a great work/life balance. Must have weekend availability.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Working with the Head Chef to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation
- Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve your skills
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a chef or cook in a hospitality or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
- A passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
