At Ark Bathrooms we design and build high-end bathroom renovations across Brisbane / the Gold Coast. Our showroom is where a client's renovation becomes real where they stop scrolling through inspiration photos and start choosing the tapware, tiles and stone that will be in their home for the next twenty years.
We're looking for a part-time Showroom Consultant to look after those clients from the moment they walk in.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming clients into the showroom and running booked design and selection appointments
- Walking clients through finishes, tapware, tiles, stone and fixtures, and helping them make choices they'll be happy with years later
- Recording selections accurately and passing them finalising their quotes, the detail here matters
- Following up on quotes and enquiries so nothing goes quiet
- Keeping the showroom looking the way our work deserves: displays tidy, samples complete, brochures stocked
- Working with our designers and project managers to keep client jobs moving
What we're looking for
- Someone warm with people our clients want to feel looked after
- Experience in interiors, bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, building supplies or another design-led retail or showroom role is highly regarded
- An eye for design and a real interest in materials and finishes
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with email, quoting systems or quick to learn
- May Require Saturday Work
