Passive Fire Technician - Repairs & Maintenance
? Brisbane & Gold Coast | ? $50-$60 per hour + super, depending on experience We're looking for an experienced Passive Fire Technician to join our team, working across the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid passive fire experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail and getting the job done right.
What you'll be doing
- Passive fire repair and rectification works
- Fire door repairs, maintenance and installation
- Fire door and frame repairs
- Fire-rated penetration repairs and sealing
- Basic passive fire testing and inspections
- Identifying defects and completing compliant rectification works
- Completing job documentation and reporting as required
What we're looking for
- QBCC licence - essential
- Previous experience in passive fire / fire protection
- Experience with fire doors, frames and penetrations
- Understanding of passive fire systems and basic testing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
