Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our production team.

We specialise in French patisserie and viennoiserie, with our products made in-house by our production team.

We're looking for someone with solid pastry experience who can work independently while also being comfortable as part of a busy production team.

About the role

You will work across the daily production and finishing of our pastry range, including cakes, tarts, individual pastries and other French patisserie products.

Your responsibilities will include

French patisserie production

Cakes and individual pastries

Tart production and finishing

Cake and tart decoration

Creams, fillings and pastry preparations

Finishing and presentation of products

Oven baking and management of baking

Following recipes and production schedules





Maintaining consistent presentation and quality

Working independently when required

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

What we're looking for

Professional pastry experience and a good understanding of French patisserie techniques are required.

Robust oven and baking skills are essential for this position.

You should be comfortable managing your own workload, prioritising production and working efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.

We're looking for someone reliable, organised and passionate about producing consistently high-quality pastry.

Hours: approximately 3am–11am

40 hours per week
