An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced payroll professionalto join their team. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll and employment administration services for a portfolio of clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the onboarding of new payroll clients
- Set up new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete, including TFN declarations, superannuation details, and employment contracts
- Process payroll data, maintain leave records, and generate payroll reports
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax returns
- Prepare and lodge monthly IAS statements
- Set up and maintain WorkCover policies where required
- Process superannuation contributions and lodgements




- Assist with EOM and EOFY reporting
- Respond to payroll-related enquiries and provide exceptional client service
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and employment obligations

To be successful in this role, you will have previous payroll experience and a sound understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy building solid relationships with clients and responding to payroll enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
