- Lead the architecture and design of complex Pega applications and enterprise solutions.

- Define scalable, secure, and reusable Pega architecture aligned with business requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams.

- Review solution designs, application architecture, and code quality.

- Drive Pega best practices, performance optimization, and integration standards.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural recommendations.

- Mentor Senior System Architects and Pega developers.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Solid hands-on experience with

Pega Platform / Pega Infinity

.

- Pega

Principal/Senior System Architect certification preferred.

- Strong experience in Pega architecture, application design, and enterprise integrations.





- Experience with

REST/SOAP APIs, databases, messaging, and external system integrations

.

- Strong understanding of Pega case management, workflows, security, and performance tuning.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or banking projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
