About Us
Proudly Australian, Inline Cosmetic Laboratories has been operating since 2005 and has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and partnership in contract manufacturing.
We work with Australian and international brands across Healthcare, Beauty and Veterinary sectors, operating within the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and under the licensing requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
We are a growing business with a hands-on, people-focused culture. We believe our people are at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building relationships and making things happen.
About the Role
We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in supporting our people and our broader P&C; function.
Working closely with our People & Culture Manager, you'll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from the moment someone applies to join us, through onboarding and development, right through to their experience as part of the Inline team.
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk processing paperwork all day. You'll be visible across the business, building relationships with our people, supporting leaders, helping solve day-to-day people matters and getting involved in the initiatives that make Inline a great place to work.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll have a varied role across the P&C; function, including:
- Supporting recruitment activities from advertising and candidate communication through to offers and pre-employment checks
- Creating a positive and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees
- Being a friendly and approachable first point of contact for everyday P&C; queries
- Building strong relationships with employees and leaders across our manufacturing sites
- Maintaining accurate employee records, systems and people data
- Preparing HR reports and supporting people-related insights and reporting
- Coordinating training, development and people programs
- Helping keep our policies, procedures and HR documentation current
Most importantly, you'll be someone people know they can come to and someone who listens, follows things through and genuinely wants to help.
About You
We're looking for someone who is people-focused, organised and practical, with the confidence to work across a busy manufacturing environment.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in HR, People & Culture or a similar people-focused role
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels of an organisation
- An understanding of employee lifecycle processes and Australian employment legislation
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline would be advantageous.
Why Join us?
We pride ourselves on our positive corporate ethos and welcome a diverse range of applicants. This position is an excellent chance for those eager to progress and thrive in a forward-thinking company. We are reviewing candidates now and looking for someone to start immediately.
- Flexible schedule – Opportunity for a 4 day working week after probation
- Birthday bonus – Celebrate your special day with a paid day off!
- The opportunity to make an impact – you'll be part of a team that is actively building and improving our people experience
- A varied P&C; role – with exposure to the full employee lifecycle and broader people initiatives
We want people to enjoy coming to work and have the opportunity to grow with us.
