We are Australia's only Adults Retreat — definingly different, not better. "Better" invites comparison, and we removed ourselves from comparison years ago. That standard applies to the people here as much as the product.

So we should be honest about it:

About the role

Guests come to us for one of three reasons — rejuvenation, a Celebration, or wellness. Your job is to work out which, and build the Escape around it.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to enquiries by phone and email, warmly and quickly
- Converting enquiries into confirmed Escapes and building each guest's Escape Itinerary
- Knowing our Signature Inclusions well enough to match the right ones to the right guest
- Coordinating Day Spa, dining, transfers and experiences before the guest thinks to ask
- Looking after repeat guests, referrals and Celebrations with genuine care




- Working alongside every department — Reception, Room Curators, Food & Beverage, the Day Spa, Maintenance — because an Escape is only as good as the handover behind it
- Keeping our systems accurate — Opera Cloud, SiteMinder and our booking engine

About you

- Self-motivated. You don't need inspiring. You bring the energy rather than draw on someone else's.
- You bring problems already solved. Not a list of things that went wrong.
- You own your remit, and then some. You look for the edges of the job and push past them.
- Coachable. Ambitious about getting better, not about being right.
- Judgement. You can read a situation, weigh it up and make the call. And you know when to decide and when to ask.
- Genuinely good with people — internally as much as externally.
- You write clearly and correctly, you do what you say you will, you're calm when plans change, you have full working rights in Australia, and you're available for weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
