This role is a mix of high-volume outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads, chasing a small number of unpaid invoices, and day-to-day customer service and scheduling support. You will own the follow-up and customer care with customers and work alongside the main salesperson who handles the majority new inbound leads.
Key responsibilities
- Call return / past customers who are due or overdue for their next service and get them booked back in
- Call inbound leads our salesperson couldn't reach on the first attempt (no-answers, missed calls)
- Call customers who haven't paid their invoice yet
- Handle inbound customer service calls: basic questions, reschedules, clarifying job notes
About you
- You genuinely like being on the phone and driving conversations
- You can consistently follow simple sales scripts and processes
- You don't take "no" or "not yet" personally
- Experience in pest control or other trade services is a bonus, not a requirement
