Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a PHP Developer / .NET Developer. The developer will design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that support investment and asset management workflows.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, and ensuring application reliability and performance in PHP and/or .NET environments. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, integrating data sources, and supporting front-end teams with clean, well-documented interfaces. The developer will also participate in code reviews, apply secure coding practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with PHP and/or .NET frameworks, API design, and database integration.
- Candidates should possess Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills,



with a solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development awareness sufficient to collaborate on interfaces and ensure smooth integration between backend and client-side code.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, debugging, and deployment workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams and managing part-time schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, security best practices, and performance optimization is beneficial.
- Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
