The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and committed Physiotherapist to join our thriving clinic on a part-time basis (32 hrs per week). This is your chance to find a workplace to call home, where you will be supported in a positive, inclusive, and fun environment.

As our valued Physiotherapist, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Deliver hands-on therapy and supervise exercise programs tailored to client needs.
- Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to clinic initiatives.





What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be a passionate Physiotherapist committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care and excellent clinical outcomes. This role is suited to a recent graduate, early-career clinician or experienced professional who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive team. The successful candidate will hold a Physiotherapy degree with full AHPRA registration, demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving and communication skills, and hold or be willing to obtain relevant checks, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

Located in Carrum Downs, Back In Motion are providers of expert allied health care and related services to the Bayside area. We are a small team of 9 staff (5 physios and 4 administration). Our clinic opened in 2013 and is a woman-led business. We pride ourselves in being a part of the community and changing the lives of people in Carrum Downs by providing a professional, fun and expert setting to heal from injuries or become the best version of themselves.
