About the role

Sydney Piling is a specialist piling company based in the Eastern Suburbs looking for labourers to join our growing team. You don't need piling experience — we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for hardworking, reliable people with attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

- Perform piling, concreting, and steel fixing work
- Operate heavy machinery
- Work as part of a team on construction projects
- Follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Opportunity to progress into senior roles — run your own crew, drive a company vehicle, and lead projects

About you

- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on labouring work
- Maintain a basic fitness level suitable for physical labouring tasks
- Take pride in showing up, learning, and doing things properly
- Work well in a team and can follow instructions
- Experience in construction, concrete,



or steel fixing is helpful (but not essential)
- Positive attitude and wanting more than just a job
