We are seeking an experienced Platform Operations Lead to join a leading Federal Government Agency delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The successful Platform Operations Lead will provide leadership across a business-critical Salesforce platform, driving operational excellence, release coordination and platform stability while managing a team of senior engineers. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Platform Operations Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Senior Platform Engineers supporting a complex Salesforce environment
- Driving platform stability, operational improvements and enablement processes
- Coordinating release management, testing activities, change governance and CAB processes
- Managing vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement across ICT and business teams
- Strengthening platform security, risk management and operational maturity initiatives
The successful Platform Operations Lead will have:
- 5+ years' experience leading and managing ICT support or platform teams
- Experience supporting complex CRM or enterprise business systems environments
- Strong experience in process improvement, documentation and service delivery optimisation
- Proven stakeholder management, vendor engagement and leadership capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce, DevOps, CI/CD and enterprise release management practices highly regarded
