The Graham Hotel is located in the leafy streets of Port Melbourne, After undergoing extensive renovations this iconic gastropub is seeking a professional duty manager to join our team on a full time basis.
This role will see you working within our team wherein you will embrace our passion for delivering exceptional service, and ensuring our patrons consistently enjoy a memorable experience every time they visit The Graham Hotel.
Reporting directly to the General manager your responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to;
- Help in the timely delivery of food and beverage.
- Ensure the venue operates in a timely manner that meets our expectations and standards, including the understanding of food and beverage served.
- Comply with, and enforce all hygiene regulations and safety standards.
- Demonstration of stock and inventory control.
- Have previous experience in ala carte service.
- Opening, and closing of the venue.
- Be able to work autonomously, and as part of a dedicated team of professionals,
inclusive of effective communication with management and kitchen staff.
- Be available to work a rotating roster inclusive of nights and weekends.
- Must hold a valid RSA, and have full working rights in Australia.
