Brimar is seeking a Minor Works & Maintenance Manager to lead the Industrial & Infrastructure team on Brisbane Southside. You will oversee electricians and apprentices, plan maintenance across infrastructure projects and minor works, and drive delivery with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will own workforce planning, quotes, subcontractors, and forward workload, while shaping processes and ensuring commercial outcomes across regulated environments.
