Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing Melbourne-based builder with a strong reputation across the bespoke residential sector.
Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning architecturally designed homes and boutique apartments typically valued up to $10m. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.

As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all on-site activities across multiple high-end residential projects
- Overseeing the construction of complex, architecturally designed homes
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget,
and to expected quality standards
- Leading site teams and coordinating trusted subcontractors
- Managing documentation and reporting through the company’s construction software
- Liaising closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to maintain solid relationships
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience delivering multiple high end residential projects (including basements) valued at $6m+
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Confident using construction management systems for documentation and compliance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams
