Suzuki Australia (Automobile Division) is looking for a proactive and creative PR & Events Coordinator to help deliver the stories, launches and experiences that connect Australians with one of the world's most loved automotive brands.

From national vehicle launches and media events to shopping centre activations and press vehicle management, no two days are the same. If you're someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, building relationships and seeing your work come to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate and execute PR campaigns and media communications.
- Build relationships with automotive, lifestyle and news media.
- Write press releases, media alerts and event communications.
- Coordinate national product launches, dealer events and sales training events.
- Manage shopping centre and consumer brand activations from planning through to execution.
- Work closely with agencies, venues, suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate the Suzuki press vehicle fleet.
- Manage event logistics including travel, accommodation, signage, POS and production.
- Track budgets and deliver post-event reporting and insights.
- Identify opportunities to generate media coverage,



customer engagement and brand awareness.

What you'll bring

- 2+ years' experience in PR, events, marketing or communications.
- Experience coordinating events or activations from planning through delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence managing agencies, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
- Right to Work in Australia and A current driver's licence.
