This organisation is undertaking a significant SAP re-platforming and operating model transformation initiative designed to modernise enterprise corporate systems, improve business processes, and drive operational excellence across a statewide network. Working as part of a high-profile program, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape future-state ways of working and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Your new role

As the Principal Business Analyst, you will lead the identification, analysis and documentation of business processes, operating model requirements, and transformation opportunities associated with a major enterprise systems program. You will engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas, facilitate workshops, analyse current and future state processes, and develop high-quality business analysis artefacts that support strategic decision-making and solution delivery.Working closely with program leadership, technical teams and business stakeholders, you will provide strategic and operational advice, support process re-engineering efforts, and help drive the adoption of improved business practices across the organisation.What you'll need to succeed





- Extensive experience operating as a Senior or Principal Business Analyst within large and complex transformation programs.
- Solid business process analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders across diverse business groups.
- Proven ability to identify business improvement opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working within SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, HR/Payroll, Workforce Management or other large enterprise platforms.
- Experience delivering organisational change, operating model design or business transformation initiatives within complex environments.
- Exposure to government, healthcare or heavily regulated industries will be highly regarded.
