Role Description
- Collaborate closely with clients and architects to develop and deliver high-quality residential architectural plans.
- Lead and coordinate consultant teams and key stakeholders throughout all stages of the design process.
- Partner with the Contract Administrator, site teams, and consultants to proactively manage design risks, identify opportunities, and achieve successful project outcomes.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate,
coordinated, and compliant with planning application and building permit requirements.
- Identify and resolve design coordination, buildability, and regulatory compliance issues.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules from concept planning through to design completion.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Interior Design, Building Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated design management experience delivering large-scale residential, renovation, or commercial projects.
- Robust knowledge of planning and approval processes, building regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality built outcomes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD highly regarded and experience using Programa preferred.
