Priceline Pharmacy Assistant/ Beauty Advisor - Part Time

Pharmacy Background: Priceline Pharmacy is one of Australia's leading health and beauty destinations offering unique products. Our store in the beautiful village of Mt Eliza is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team.

About the Role: There are 25+ hours per week on offer. Our ideal Assistant Beauty Advisor will support and drive the goals of the store by delivering genuine connections with our customers, with a little touch of magic. You will deliver exceptional customer service to enrich the lives of our customers and create trust in the Priceline Brand.

The successful candidate will

- Poses a friendly, positive attitude with a team-player mentality
- A passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Assist customers with product selections and provide advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products
- Stay up to date on or ahead of the latest beauty/make-up trends and products
- Assist with in store events, promotions, and product launches
- Be present on the shop floor to be accessible to our customers
- Provide the best beauty and wellbeing advice, with a focus on the best outcome for the customer
- Be well groomed and presented at all times

Store Operation Focus:

- Support the Retail Manager in maintaining stock levels, displays, and promotions
- Expectational Customer Service skills
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Participate in beauty consultations and make-up applications.




- Be capable of demonstrating a knowledge of the relevant systems needed to operate the store
- Possess a keen attention to detail
- During consultations, find ways to discuss the benefits of Pulse Rewards membership, offer to sign current members up and explain the most relevant rewards that can be earned
- Maintain your knowledge of the key products within the Beauty area and follow the market trends
- Liaise with the Retail Manager to assist with profitability within your department, possessing a growth mindset, whilst always looking for ways to improve the store environment and customer experience

The following skills and experience are preferential:
- Previous experience in Beauty and Makeup Application
- Previous experience in a Retail
- Possess a Certificate II in Pharmacy Retail operations
- Preferably completed S2/S3 training
- Prior experience in Community Pharmacy
