About the Role

You will lead the planning, analysis, management, and delivery of diverse infrastructure projects while working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

Essential Requirements

· Brisbane-based

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an Australian university

· Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or in process of attaining

· Proven experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects

· Strong project and program management capability

· Exceptional technical report writing and communication skills

· Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and client management experience

· Ability to prepare and present technical assessments, business cases, infrastructure strategies, and engineering recommendations

Highly Regarded





· Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)

· Experience within transport, water, local government, land development, or asset management sectors

· Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams

· Business development and client relationship management experience

· Commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets and performance

You are equally comfortable leading project teams, engaging with clients and stakeholders, reviewing technical documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve project and business outcomes.
