About The Role ACS is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join its Perth office as a Private Jet Broker. This is a sales and business development role responsible for sourcing and managing private jet charter bookings for clients, working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with uncapped commission earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively generate new business through outbound sales calls and client development
- Source and negotiate charter flights on behalf of clients from a global network of aircraft operators
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients




- Manage the full charter booking process from initial enquiry through to flight completion
- Work towards individual and team sales targets in a competitive, high-energy environment
- Stay up to date with market trends, aircraft availability and industry developments

Essential Requirements

- Strong sales, business development or customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Previous experience in aviation, travel, charter or luxury sales is highly regarded but not essential — full training is provided.
