Life Without Barriers is hiring a casual Disability Support Worker to join the Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Chelsea, Victoria. You will support three women across two neighbouring homes, providing person-centred assistance that encourages independence while respecting choices and preferences.

You'll work a 24/7 roster including sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, with dogs in the home. A current First Aid/CPR, unrestricted driver’s license, and experience supporting people
