Appian Civil is a leading civil construction company delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the Darling Downs. We’re currently seeking Civil Operators to join our team on a range of projects throughout the Toowoomba region.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a hands-on crew supporting roadworks, drainage, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects. This is a great prospect to work with a professional team that values safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Duties include:

- Operation of excavators, skid steers, rollers, loaders, water Carts and other approved Plant




- Complete Bulk and detailed earthworks to design levels and specifications
- Assist with road construction and pavement works.
- Read and Interpret construction drawings
- Conduct daily machinery pre-starts

What You’ll Need

- Construction White Card – essential
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience in civil or construction.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Tickets for plant and Machinery
