Redlands is seeking an experienced major gifts fundraiser to manage a portfolio of 70–100 donors and prospects and deliver tailored engagement strategies to deepen relationships and secure significant gifts.
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will lead moves management from identification through to solicitation and stewardship, represent Redlands Giving at school events, and collaborate with internal teams to grow the program.
