dnata is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst to join our Ground Services team at Sydney with national scope. This full time role reports to the National Workforce Planning Manager and focuses on strategic workforce planning and analysis across all operational workgroups in dnata Australia’s Ground Handling.

You will forecast resource availability, govern leave and training, optimise allocation to balance safety and costs, and provide data-driven modelling to support decisions.
