We’re currently seeking warm-hearted and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Bodington, where we provide a secure, supportive, and home‑like environment for our residents.

Your Role Will Include:

- Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting daily living activities including meals and social engagement
- Collaborating with our clinical team to follow individual care plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive team culture
- Providing exceptional service to residents, their families, and the wider community

What We’re Looking For:

- A kind heart and a genuine passion for aged care
- Strong communication skills and a friendly nature




- A team player who is dependable and proactive
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Ability to assist clients with medication would be an advantage
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
