Bar Bruto is a Spanish-leaning neighbourhood tapas and wine bar in Casuarina with a European feel out front and a small kitchen turning out share plates. We're looking for a full-time KP that can jump in and help the cookline. This is a tight team of two running the kitchen, so you'll have a real hand in the day-to-day. If you want to be part of building something — not just clock in and follow a prep sheet — this is the job.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with Juan across prep and service
- Own your section
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running tight
About you
- Experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Care about teamwork and high standards
- Stay calm under pressure and work well in a small, close team
- Like the rush of a good service
- Working in food prep before — a big plus, though the drive matters most, not the previous experience
