The Company An opportunity to join a well-established global industrial manufacturing organisation on an initial 6-month contract. The business is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support process optimisation and continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations.

The Role

Working closely with Engineering, Production and Operations, you will identify and deliver practical improvements across site processes.

Key responsibilities include

- Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
- Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and improve SOPs and standardised processes
- Support process trials and CAPEX initiatives
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams





Your background

- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
- Experience in Process, Manufacturing or Production Engineering
- Background in industrial, chemical or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong Lean, CI and root cause analysis experience
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capability
- Hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management skills
