Procurement & Contracts Specialist - Contract role

We are looking for a Procurement & Contracts Specialist to join a great team on an initial 6–9 month contract, with the potential to continue longer term.

This is a site-based role and would suit someone with around 2–3 years' procurement and contracts experience who is proactive, switched on and enjoys working as part of a busy team.

You will support a range of procurement and contracting activities, with a particular focus on pre-contracts and sourcing, including:
- Running sourcing and tender activities
- RFQs and market engagement
- Supporting contract development and award
- Tender evaluation and commercial analysis
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers




- Supporting broader procurement and contract management activities
- Keeping procurement activities moving and following up actions with stakeholders

We are looking for someone with at least 2–3 years' experience in procurement and or contracts, ideally within mining, energy, construction or infrastructure. You will have good exposure to sourcing and pre-contract activities, be confident dealing with stakeholders and, most importantly, be proactive, reliable and a positive team player.

The role is available immediately, so we would particularly love to hear from people who are available now or at short notice.
