Product Manager - Banking & Financial Services

Sydney NSW - Hybrid An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Product Manager to join an established, member-focused financial services organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Product & Pricing, you will play a key role in the development, enhancement and ongoing management of banking products and pricing initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking, analysis, stakeholder management and project delivery to improve products and customer outcomes.

The Role

You will support the end-to-end product life-cycle while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver product, pricing and customer experience improvements.

Key responsibilities include

- Support the end-to-end management of banking products, from design and implementation through to optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
- Project manage product, fee and pricing change initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver product improvements.
- Conduct product testing and support the successful implementation of system and product changes.
- Analyse customer insights, competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Provide product expertise and support across key strategic and business projects.




- Manage internal product enquiries and support key external partnerships.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong combination of product, commercial and analytical capability who is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.

You will ideally bring

- Experience in product management, product development, pricing, lending or a related financial services discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience within banking, lending or financial services will be highly regarded.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy or a related discipline is desirable.
