WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for senior professionals across Perth and WA who have worked as:

- Contractors or Consultants delivering specialist expertise into organisations.
- Fractional Executives such as CFOs, CMOs, COOs, CTOs and other functional leaders.
- Interim Executives and Leaders stepping into critical roles during transformation, growth or transition.

MINING, RESOURCES & DEFENCE EXPERIENCE We’re particularly keen to hear from people with experience working across:

- Mining, resources and energy
- Mining services and METS
- Defence and the defence industry
- Government and major infrastructure
- Complex, regulated or safety-critical environments

Whether your expertise is in strategy, operations, technology, AI, transformation, finance, commercial, procurement, supply chain,



projects, people or growth , we want to hear from proven operators who understand how to get things done. WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A MAESTRO

Each engagement is different, but you may:

- Solve a defined business, operational or technical challenge.
- Step into a critical leadership or capability gap.
- Lead transformation, growth or complex programs.
- Bring specialist expertise that may not be required permanently.
- Transfer knowledge and strengthen internal capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and leadership teams.

DESIRED BACKGROUND

- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in a specific capability/ skill
- Proven success in contract, fractional or interim environments .
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability.
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex organisations.
- A genuine desire to work independently and flexibly.
