REDARC are looking for a passionate, talented Product Manager - Recreational Vehicles to join our Product Category Management team in our office in Lonsdale, SA.

Position Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role is responsible for driving REDARC's strategic growth and innovation within the automotive electronic industry. This role entails defining and executing targeted growth strategies, overseeing product development, and leading cross-functional teams to solidify REDARC’s position as a leader in mobile power solutions globally.

The Product

Manager requires a keen understanding of the mobile power industry, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to execute on a global scale successfully implementing plans and programs to meet revenue and margin targets.

- Manage product revenue and actively monitoring and optimizing profitability and financial performance.
- Develop and execute product strategies that support REDARC’s long-term growth objectives and global market position.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Product Realisation.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activity and growth opportunities to inform product decisions and roadmaps.
- Lead briefing and training sessions for the sales force at quarterly sales meeting.
- Build & nurture strong relationships with customers, distributors, end-users and industry stakeholders to gather insights and strengthen market engagement.
- Drive product line strategies that are aligned with REDARC’s long term objectives and meet the evolving demands of the markets in which we operate.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure success and make data-driven decisions to adapt strategies as necessary.
- Explore third party partnerships, licensing opportunities and acquisition targets that support revenue growth and product expansion.
- Support go-to-market strategies,



promotional campaigns, sales enablement tools and sales team training.
- Represent REDARC at industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote products and gather market intelligence.
- Lead development of products and solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging the team to think competitively and have a relentless approach to developing innovative, market-leading products that capture market share.
- Identify and leverage technological trends that can be translated into innovative product features and capabilities.
- Initiate product upgrade and obsolescence projects according to market trends and feedback.

About you

- Having a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related fields.
- Additional certifications or training in leadership, strategic planning, or market analysis would be advantageous.
- Having a background in technical product categories – preferably in electronics and/or power and energy-related industries (desirable).

It is essential for this position that you have:
- More than 5 years of proven experience in the same role and in the same automotive or electronics industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic global business environment.
- Experience in a leadership role within the RV, automotive, or related industries, with a proven track record of market growth and product innovation.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and product development, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic, global business environment.
- Expertise in crafting investment theses and business cases, with a history of successful implementation.
- Excellent customer service skills & great presentation & influencing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and presentation software, utilising these tools to effectively communicate strategies and insights.
- Willingness to and ability to travel,



both domestically and internationally as required to engage with markets, teams and stakeholders.

Location

This role is fully based on site at Lonsdale, SA 5160. While ongoing work-from-home arrangements are not offered, flexibility may be supported on an ad-hoc basis where operationally appropriate.
