About the Role

You will play an integral role in supporting the development, enhancement and ongoing management of the organisation's product portfolio. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help drive product improvements, pricing initiatives and strategic projects that deliver positive customer outcomes while supporting commercial objectives. Key Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in product management, product development, pricing, lending or a related financial services discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert insights into practical business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.




- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance or a related field will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end management of products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and implementation through to optimisation and ongoing performance management.
- Coordinate product, pricing and fee change initiatives, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and business objectives.
- Partner with teams across operations, marketing, technology, risk, compliance and customer-facing functions to drive product and customer experience improvements.
- Analyse customer insights, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation, growth and product enhancement.
