Based in a high-performing manufacturing facility in Corbould Park, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for both people and production — not just one or the other.

This isn't a clipboard role. You'll be on the floor, keeping machines running, managing workflow, and leading from the front.

Your new role

- Lead a production team on the floor across roofing mill operations
- Coordinate output and keep production flowing efficiently
- Take ownership of equipment, maintenance, and servicing schedules
- Ensure safety standards, procedures, and compliance are upheld
- Troubleshoot production and machinery issues as they arise
- Support training and development of team members
- Step in operationally when required — this is a hands-on role

What you'll need





- Manufacturing / production experience (essential)
- Exposure to machinery, plant or equipment environments
- Leading hand or supervisory experience
- Forklift licence (essential)
- HR licence (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of safety, maintenance, and operational processes
