Forklift Operator / Trade Assistant $35/hr + Penalties | 8–10 Hour Days | Malaga | Immediate Start Join a Respected Manufacturing & Assembly Company HPS Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Trade Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing and assembly company based in Malaga.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused operator looking for immediate work, with an initial 3-month assignment and genuine potential for ongoing employment for the right person.
You'll be working in a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse environment, combining forklift duties with hands-on assembly and Trade Assistant work during quieter periods.

The Role Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Operating a forklift safely throughout the warehouse
- Moving pallets, stillages and mechanical components
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Assisting with stock movement and warehouse organisation
- General Trade Assistant duties
- Assisting with assembly work during quieter periods
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all workplace safety procedures
What You'll Need
- Current Forklift Licence
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or Trade Assistant experience
- Confidence using basic hand and power tools
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties
- Reliable with a solid work ethic
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
