As our new Production Manager of RB Sellars, you'll manage the apparel and accessories production process from development through to shipment, in line with the critical path.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a commercially sharp, hands-on Production Manager to support our Head of Product & Design. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in negotiating and managing international suppliers.

Key responsibilities include

- Manage the end-to-end production critical path, ensuring products are delivered on time and in full.

- Proactively identify, escalate and resolve production risks, delays and supply chain issues.

- Support supplier negotiations and costing activities to achieve margin targets, cost savings and favourable commercial terms.

- Build strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance across quality, lead times, service and delivery.

- Maintain accurate production, product and purchase order information within AP21. Ensure all system data is current, reliable and supports effective business decision-making.

- Coordinate with Finance, Product, Design,



Planning, Merchandising and Logistics teams to ensure alignment on production timelines, shipments and payments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 3-5+ years proven experience in production management for apparel and accessories

- Strong commercial instincts and demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers to execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, speed, supplier capability and supply chain resilience.

- Hands on experience working with ERP systems to place and manage Purchase Orders (POs).

- Ability to work positively and in partnership with stakeholders inside and outside the business

- Understanding of Social Compliance and Ethical Sourcing business guidelines, ensuring industry standards re met and upheld.
