We are a growing WA-owned meat business supplying premium grass-fed and finished beef, alongside lamb, pork and chicken, directly to families across Perth through our online store, farmers markets and wholesale customers.

We're now looking for another great person to join that team.

This isn't an entry-level warehouse role. We're looking for someone with genuine meat knowledge, cold-room experience and pick/pack experience who can come in, learn how we do things and become someone the team can genuinely rely on.

We want someone competent. Someone motivated. Someone who notices the details, gets stuck in and doesn't need to be chased to find the next job.

And because we spend a lot of time together, a good sense of humour certainly won't hurt.

The Role

You'll work across our retail-ready meat packing and online fulfilment areas, helping take our products from production through to beautifully packed customer orders.

Your day will include

- Picking and packing online customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Identifying and selecting the correct cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken

- Packing fresh meat to a high retail-ready standard

- Weighing, labelling and checking products

- Ensuring products are well presented and meet our quality standards

- Checking completed orders before dispatch

- Preparing stock for online customers, farmers markets and wholesale orders

- Working in our refrigerated and cold-room areas

- Assisting with packing and production when required

- Identifying stock shortages, incorrect products or quality issues before they become problems

- Keeping work areas clean, organised and ready to go





- Helping the team get the day's work finished — not simply your part of it

We're busy. Some days are very busy.

We need someone who enjoys that.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already understands this type of work.

You'll need:

- Previous experience working in a cold room or refrigerated food environment

- Strong knowledge of meat cuts

- Previous pick/pack or order fulfilment experience

- Experience handling and packing fresh food products

- Strong attention to detail

- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work quickly without becoming careless

- Confidence to work independently once trained

- Physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- A positive, motivated and practical attitude

Casual to Full-Time

This position will commence on a casual basis with regular Monday-to-Friday hours.

But we're hiring for the long term.

Once you've demonstrated that you're reliable, capable, work well with the team and consistently meet the standards of the role, there is a clear pathway to permanent full-time employment.

We're not looking for someone wanting the occasional casual shift.

We're looking for someone who wants regular work, wants to become part of the team and ultimately wants a secure, permanent position with us.
