About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our aluminium window and door manufacturing operation.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily production and a team of up to 40 employees. You will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations

Lead and motivate a production team of up to 40 employees

Allocate labour and manage production priorities





Monitor production output, quality and efficiency

Ensure products are manufactured to specifications and customer requirements

Identify and resolve production issues promptly

Minimise material waste, rework and production downtime

Maintain a safe, clean and organised production setting

Train, support and develop team members

Monitor staff performance and productivity

Work closely with management, scheduling, purchasing, sales and installation teams

Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met

Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the factory

About You

Previous supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, fabrication or a similar industry

Strong knowledge of aluminium window and door manufacturing processes

Excellent communication and people-management skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities A hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality and productivity A commitment to workplace health and safety
